When will my order be shipped?

  • We ship worldwide. Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

  •  We do not offer Refunds and we accept exchanges or give a store credit of 12 months' validity
  •  In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you can write us at support@threadgame.in. The issue will be recorded and further steps will be communicated to you. We can provide a replacement at no extra cost or email a store credit of the same value to you or can initiate a full refund for the products received in damaged condition.
  •  The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 3 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks. The Thread Game team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
  •  Please email us at support@threadgame.in to request a return or an exchange. The request has to be placed within 3 days from the date of receipt of shipment stating the return reason and selecting the item you wish to return in your order. We will then initiate a return pickup at no extra cost within India.
  •  Once the reverse pick-up is done a store credit will be provided to you via Email in the form of a coupon code which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The store credit will be the amount of the value of your returned order excluding any shipping cost paid by you at the time of placing an order.
  •  Please note: It takes 7 to 14 working days for any returned product to reach our warehouse. Once the reverse pick-up is done, we will issue a Store credit in terms of a coupon code and you can use the same to place a new order. For some exceptional cases, we will, only after we receive it and check the product, issue the credit note/exchange/refund.
  •  One order is eligible for an Exchange or Return only one time.
  •  Irregularity in print & Colour differences from website images do not qualify as a damaged product.

  •  Handwash lightly with mild detergent.
  •  Do not soak. Dry inside out in shade.
  •  Dry cleaning is ideal but hand wash also works.

What if an item is out of stock? When will it be restocked?

 Are all your products handmade & naturally dyed?

  •  Yes, almost all our products are handmade and naturally dyed.

 The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?

  • The photos of every product are clicked in different light settings. We try to take pictures in a setting that is the closest to what the product looks like in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of the eye and thus slight colour differences are unavoidable. Since our products are also not machine-made in large quantities but in fact made by an artisan and in small batches, each batch could have a slight difference in the shade of the colour due to the human involvement in the process.

 The print has irregularities. Why?
